Talent Management
Developing a Sustainable Supply of Leaders Ready to Execute Your Strategy
A critical aspect of Talent Management is that organizations are increasingly facing the challenge of delivering growth while trying to overcome a critical shortage of leaders. Recent studies have found that 50 percent of all companies believe that more than half of their senior leaders would leave in the next 5 years. Not having leadership benchstrength to execute new strategies has emerged as a major barrier to growth for many companies.
Forum works with high-performing organizations to overcome these challenges. We believe that there are key areas that an organization must focus on in order to build a leadership pipeline.

How we have helped a client develop their talent
A multinational pharmaceutical organization experiencing significant growth required a large pool of talented leaders in order to drive further expansion. The organization had no formal leadership development on a global basis and so turned to Forum for help with developing leaders at all levels, defining a global set of core management practices to engage employees and communicating the business strategy and corporate brand.
Forum built a customised global solution incorporating components which addressed the specific requirements of first line, mid-level and high potential leaders. The program was delivered to 600 managers across 6 countries. The reaction from the attendees was excellent.
