How we have helped a client build a performance culture

A large consumer products manufacturer facing increased competition understood that to compete effectively it needed to have high-performing employees who were fully aligned to the business strategy.  However, through employees surveys the Senior Management team discovered through that 75% of employees did not have clarity about organizational goals and one in three did not believe they had received good coaching.

Forum worked with the organization to establish performance management as an organizational priority, set clear goals and expectations and to align the goals throughout the organization.  Forum developed a solution with a multiple level approach, delivered in 12 languages, which created alignment quickly throughout the global organization.

This program resulted in increased clarity of goals / objectives tied to business objectives.  There is now a consistent coaching culture and increased effectiveness throughout the organization and a focus on achieving business results and creating team success.
