Christina Pritchard, Managing Director, Forum Europe will be chairing this two day event and will also be presenting the findings from Forum's recent global survey on Preparing Leaders for Growth on day two at 11am.
The presentation will focus on the implications for leadership development, including:

- What cultural elements most support growth
- How do leaders use tactics to influence growth especially in direction setting and alignment commitment and capability execution and performance management
- How those responsible for creating learning systems and leadership pipelines must respond to support the strategic objectives of their organisations
