Andrew Graham

With over 17 years of experience in the leadership development, and management consulting and training sectors, Andrew Graham has established an international track record of leading and managing professional development firms. Andrew has proven business transformation capability driven through a natural people orientation, coupled with strong business acumen.

Andrew recently joined Forum Corporation as President and CEO, where he leads a team of seasoned professionals, committed to adding value to their clients through proven strategies, ideas, and innovative delivery solutions.

Prior to joining Forum, Andrew spent 16 years working for Kepner-Tregoe (KT), a global consulting and training firm. Joining the business in Australia, he initially focused on operational improvement projects in the steel and building products sectors; to support international operations, Andrew took on a turn-around leadership challenge with KT’s Tokyo operation. Over two years, he successfully guided the business towards profitability, while gaining experience with the major consumer products companies in the region.

Following Japan, Andrew relocated to Europe to take a leadership role guiding the firm’s complex European operation, evolving it toward an integrated, pan-European, business model. In conjunction with driving the business towards improved profitability and increased team engagement, Andrew was active amongst the company’s strategic clients delivering strategy formulation and operation improvement projects.

In late 2005, Andrew was appointed COO and relocated to North America to become CEO in 2006. Under Andrew’s stewardship, the executive team designed and implemented a forward-thinking strategy, which enabled the business to weather the 2008 global financial crisis and position it for future strategic growth. During this period, Andrew developed a keen interest in the field of leadership behavior, and in 2010, he left the business to pursue this passion, traveling to Italy to serve as an adjunct professor in the MBA program at CIMBA University, while studying the evolving field of neuroscience as applied to leadership behavior.

Andrew holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Sir John Moores University, in Liverpool, UK. He resides in New York where he is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization. Andrew is a passionate aviator, in his spare time; you will find him at the controls of both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft and more recently mastering the challenge of paraglide flight. He also scuba dives, rides motorcycles and bicycles; he is a keen photographer and an avid early adopter of new technology.

Graham Scrivener

Managing Director
Forum's Europe, Middle East and Africa regions

Graham manages all aspects of marketing, sales and project delivery for corporate clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He also oversees a small portfolio of major clients across Europe, where he focuses on senior leadership and customer experience.

In addition, Graham manages a team of client directors supporting the local implementation of international projects, ensuring cultural sensitivity, appropriate resourcing and project management excellence.

He has strong relationships within a broad range of clients, from financial services to the fast-moving consumer goods sector, and this brings a broad perspective to the way he engages with clients over business issues. He has directed some of Forum’s most high-profile and award-winning projects, including Haägen-Dazs, Coca Cola, Air Products and Amgen.

Prior to joining Forum, Graham worked for 14 years in the training sector, building a successful information technology training and consultancy business in the U.K., operating primarily in the financial services market. This background has made his approach to client management both pragmatic and partnership-focused.

Graham has a B.A. in history and geography and lives outside London with his wife and two sons.

Cynthia Stuckey

Managing Director, Asia Pacific

Singapore

A seasoned business and sales leader who joined Forum in 2008, Cynthia Stuckey provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of Forum’s Asia Pacific business. She brings considerable expertise in the areas of international business, corporate transformations, strategy development, and execution of performance enhancement strategies to meet the changing demands of a variety of commercial markets and customers. She also brings more than 20 years’ experience in launching and leading sales effectiveness initiatives, developing and executing brand-driven customer experiences, and leading corporate transformations.

Previously, as vice president of Global Account Sales and Sales Force Development for MasterCard, Cynthia led a global transformation of its sales organisation to drive a new customer-centric strategy—a transformation that incrementally grew the organisation at twice the market rate. Cynthia also managed and expanded MasterCard’s Asian and European markets, taking responsibility for driving change in the company’s global sales force by developing management and sales management discipline and capacity. She additionally worked with a Fortune 500 regional financial and health-care company, as well as with a leading niche strategic-management consulting firm.

As a practitioner, consultant, and senior leader, Cynthia has helped to transform a wide range of large and medium-sized not-for-profit organisations, as well as organisations in such industry sectors as manufacturing, health care, and professional services. She has worked with such companies as Pitney Bowes, 3M, HSBC, IBM, Aetna International, Xerox, TNT, Dell Computers, Air Products, Coca-Cola, Monsanto, Shell, Honeywell, and SC Johnson.

Earlier in her career, Cynthia served as a product director for a large regional health-care organisation, driving line extensions, acquisition and merger strategies, and market-share growth. In addition, she worked as an internal strategy development and execution consultant, acquiring significant frontline experience in pharmaceutical sales and field sales.

Cynthia earned an M.B.A. as well as numerous certifications (such as Lean Six Sigma) that she leverages to serve clients. She has also completed advanced course work in organisational change and international business
