In the Community
While we aim to help our clients succeed, we also want the communities where we work to thrive.
Forum not only helps our clients grow, change, and perform. We help the communities where we work achieve similar greatness. We believe that supporting local causes, creating a healthy workplace for our employees, and doing our utmost to leave the smallest environmental impact are key factors in conducting a successful global business. Simply put, our mission is:
- Take care of our people
- Take care of our communities
- Take care of our environment
Like so many of our clients, Forum regularly participates in local and regional philanthropy and sustainability initiatives. Some of these initiatives include donating to and volunteering our time with various major charities, including the World Cancer Research Fund, Habitat for Humanity, The United Way, and other locally-supported charities. In 2010, several Forum offices around the world are actively and proudly participating in the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge, a series of road footraces that promote health in the workplace and environmental awareness.
Our commitment to creating sustainability not only for Forum, but also for the communities around us, is a true point of pride for our employees. Forum actively monitors and reduces energy consumption in each of our locations through our Going Green project.
We also believe in strengthening the work-education connection and encourage parents to build stronger relationships with their children. One way we do that is by participating in the annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work’ Day each spring. This event enriches the children’s educational experiences and provides a baseline understanding of workplace dynamics.
Like the saying goes, it all starts at home. Forum does its part in making our communities a better place to live and work.
