Pauline Johnson leads Forum's Human Resources function.  In her role, Pauline is responsible for the entire suite of Human Resources responsibilities from organizational design to employee relations.  Along with the executive leadership team she focuses on setting and aligning Forum's global human resources strategy with the business drivers and initiatives.  She is also responsible for executing the strategies while keeping a keen eye towards consistent best practices.

Prior to joining Forum, Pauline spent 10 years with Thomson Financial as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner advising various global functions including business development and product and program management.  Overall, Pauline has 18 years of human resources experience within the financial and professional services industries and 5 additional years of accounting and finance experience from both private and public firms. 

Pauline has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts and is an active member of both the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and New England Human Resources Association (NEHRA).
