Alyson Brandt
Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Client Management
Alyson Brandt is an executive vice president who joined The Forum Corporation in 1988. In her current role, as global head of sales, she is responsible for leading and managing people and processes for growth. She is not only responsible for the growth of the firm but also advises senior client business teams on high-impact, enterprise-wide learning. Her prior roles included General Manager for the Northeast region, VP of Sales, Northeast and Senior Account Director.
Clients with whom Aly works include Deloitte, Unilever, American Express, Chase, Bausch & Lomb, Aetna, Converium, Chubb, The Hartford, and Canon. Work with these clients includes needs assessments, designing and implementing flexible learning systems linked to business results, and leading large-scale brand implementation projects.
In addition she has worked on a number of internal improvement projects and led multiple global teams. She has received several Chairman's Awards, Sales Awards and Industry Awards including ASTD's Excellence in Practice Citation for her work with Deloitte.
Aly holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Boston University and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Naked Angels Theater in New York.
