Client Directors
We have immediate opportunities for Client Directors in various markets in the United States and the UK. Forum Client Directors are responsible for generating sales and building long-term relationships in assigned accounts by helping clients recognize opportunities to increase revenue performance, market share and profitability. You will:
- Use strategic selling to identify target accounts and engage companies with needs appropriate to Forum's world-class solutions and services
- Engage with clients using a consultative selling approach
- Consistently link learning in the workplace as well as Forum's specific capabilities with our clients' business issues and strategic objectives
- Be responsible for the overall satisfaction and profitability of each client account
- Collaborate in a team environment to provide the best Forum has to offer to build long-term client relationships
- Create economic value for our clients, our partners, and Forum
- Participate and take pride in Forum's innovative use of knowledge and technology
- Commit to excellence in all that you do
You must demonstrate:
- A minimum of 10 years track record of success in consistently meeting quota targets selling intangible services in complex business environments
- A proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical skills; extensive knowledge of business/economic environment; ability to influence others; customer-centered selling skills; ability to present and defend point of view constructively and persuasively
- A Bachelor Degree, an advanced degree in business or organizational development is a plus
